"Honestly this Bojangles has had some troubles here lately but I gave them another chance and it went great. Order accuracy, friendliness, taste, everything you want in your neighborhood Bojangles. Whatever y'all are doing, please keep it up."

"Was pulled up for 15 mins and ended up going in and getting my food and still had to wait 2 minutes on strips. Was waiting at 8:40pm on Thursday December 21st. They were all back there cussing laughing and cutting up rather than trying to help get food to customers. Do better please. I also heard them laughing when I walked out angry."

"Need actually people that care about there jobs....instead we have people their just for a job and that's when the service goes down....that job pays your bills so if you treat your job with care gloves you will be more successful....but as long as management hire these people that don't care, that's the service you get and that makes me never want to eat there again!!! One less person adds more and then business shuts down....so management those people you hire don't care, that's the reflection of you and how you run your store! You may want to secretly have people come in your store and see what the true customers see and hear!!! Address your employee and how they speak to customers"

"I only go to Bojangles because I love their Dirty Rice. I went to this location and when I was able to get into my bag and look at my rice it was so over cooked. The rice was huge and had no meat in it. It looked so bland. Im a truck driver and I can’t even go back and get a refund. It looks as if the rice has been sitting for a while. Im so disappointed ☹️"

"Every single thing is disgusting. From "cleanliness" , to their attitude, to the food. Here's a "3 piece dinner" . Took forever to even order , much less get the food and the tea was sour. They weren't busy either."
