"They are always nice and prompt here. There have been some times when it has been a little slower, but you can tell they're busy and they're always so nice about it. I don't mind. I usually stop for breakfast and they'll have it ready before I walk in or within a few minutes of me walking in. The rare times something has been unavailable, they provide good substitutions."

"My cheeseburgers did not have a patty on it. The bun was wrapped in the bag with ketchup, cheese, one pickle chip and that’s it. The fries were dumped into the bag and didn’t even look like they tried to put it into the fry bag. The chicken nuggets were the only thing that was ok. Burgers with no pattys? Really? My fiancé was on his lunch break and did not open until he got back and had to eat a burger bun for lunch on an 11 hour shift. Additionally, the employee was extremely rude and when asked what the estimated wait would be when asked to pull over the doors were shut in his face. I know that top quality service is no longer expected at a fast food restaurant but this is absolutely ridiculous."

"It seems like every time I come here which is probably once or twice a month, they continue to out do themselves for the previous worse experience. I don’t understand how a burger joint can forget to put burgers in a bag. Or how following a simple order process escapes the realm of comprehension to the point of insanity. "We waited for good 15 minutes to place our order. Then, they kept asking us to repeat it. Getting it wrong a few times. When we finally got to eat our food, both Big Macs had only one paper thin hamburger on it. It looked like it was heated up a couple of times. I threw away my fries as they were full of grease and way too much salt. We paid $30.00 for this. I'm very disappointed! 12/11/23."

"Decent location overall. Been eating here about once a month for the past ten years. Food prep/quality is usually average. Unfortunately, this location struggles with slow wait times at the drive thru, which definitely gets frustrating at times. I will say the new double stack fish fillet sandwich is delicious and totally worth the $3.69!"
