"It is ridiculous how many cars this McDonald’s will pull up into Mobile order spots. I was there last night at 10 o’clock and nobody was behind me and they wanted me to pull up. When I refused the girl in the window said “we should give him his food cold to teach him a lesson”. Maybe this McDonald’s will rethink their policy on cars in the drive-through but this is simply ridiculous"

"Stopped to get a frappe today. Have learned to ask if the machine is working before using my points for a free one. They told me it was working, so I gave them the code for the free frape. I get to the window, they make me pull to one of the waiting spots. A girl comes out to tell me that it is not working. I ask how they plan to give the points back that they took. She said she would go in and ask. Waited 10 minutes and she never came back. Such poor customer service. And not the first time I have had a bad experience at this particular McDonald's."

"Spent 20 mins at drive thru and never got my food. Set in one of their 4 holding spots and eventually had to go in. This would be a great place to put a fast food restaurant. Unbelievable. Between this amd Wendy's in Powdersville. I'm not sure which sucks the most."

"Ordered at the front counter since I wanted onions on my fish sandwich. Took them several minutes to even help me then they didn't apply my code properly, and when I asked about it literally just walked away from me. Food is sloppy, workers were rude. Now I see why McDonald's is bringing robots in, can't get any worse than this location"

"Wanted a small cheeseburger on our way home....McDonald's had the easiest access. So we ran in....hoping for a happy place. We couldnt figure out the ordering screen, but a young man was able to take our order the old fashioned way. There was a bus load of teens in there that were either ordering their food, waiting on their food, or eating....all ahead of us. But.... we only waited about 10 minutes. The burgers were excllent. Just as good as when McDonalds was more customer friendly. I wish it would revert to employing people...more people. They could afford to pay people if they would adjust the temperature to above freezing."
