"Employees didn't provide much of a report at all at pick up. Didn't mention how much they ate and didn't return any of the food we brought. The medicine we left with them didn't appear to be used. We were told they had just eaten and were walked before pick up, but both dogs immediately peed like they hadn't been let out in hours. On top of all that, one dog was limping for about 24 hours after pick up. Gave a 3 because this was their first ever boarding and I'm sure stressful for my dogs, but overall not happy with pick up."

"This was my first time boarding my dog, Charley. When I picked her up, I asked how she did and received very little information. Also, her leash, her toy, and her box of treats were soaking wet. They said she spilled her water, but why would her leash and treats be on the floor? She also came out dirty and wet. Now I know why I was asked if we wanted her bathed before we picked her up! I never expected her to be such a mess. I’m disappointed as Dog Daze came highly recommended. Update: I promptly received a call to discuss my concerns and they did their best to address what they could. They were apologetic and I appreciate this in a business. I am increasing my rating for good customer service. Thank you for the follow up."

"I can’t say enough good things about Dog Daze. They take wonderful care of my dogs, and my youngest dog would rather be in daycare with his friends than anywhere else. Today, I had a family medical emergency, and Dog Daze was my first call. I know my dogs are in great hands, which is a huge relief. Don’t hesitate to call Dog Daze for daycare or boarding. They will always go the extra mile and take care of you and your pups."
