"Stayed for a few weeks. It wasn't bad at all for the price. Room was clean, it had a little kitchen so I could cook, and they have someone to help at night. The manager was helpful too, made check-in easy."
"Stayed here for a work trip and I was happy with the accommodations. My room was clean and had plenty of room, wifi worked great and all the appliances as well. Ran into the Manager (Mike) I believe was his name and he was really friendly. Overall this was a great stay!"
"This hotel is dirty and nasty. The rooms are run down and just plain dirty. My socks got so nasty from the floors that they wouldn't even come clean with bleach. Had to get all new socks. They have roaches. There are numerous maintenance issues. The location is right off the interstate and a busy road. There is police and fire truck sirens constantly due to the location. There is even a police officer on duty alot of the nights in the hotel parking lot. In the week I was at this hotel, the police showed up twice. There is constant yelling and cussing going on from other guests."
"We have been here for about a month. It's nice because housekeeping doesn't come wake us up every morning. It's like our apartment,,we handle cleaning and stuff ourselves. The general manager Michael is great! He is so nice and easy going. He knows that people are people and life happens sometimes. Alot of hotel staff in other places seem to forget that sometimes. Also the prices are the best in town. And they get even lower in time. I recommend it to people who are trying to get back on their feet."
"For what you receive as amenities, this is a great value. The GM, Mike is really helpful and awesomely friendly and that's a welcome sight in the hospitality industry. This place is currently going through some needed renovations which will enhance future guests' stays or extended stays if need be. I have never had a problem with Intown Suites and I always recommend Intown to anyone needing a place to stay for as long as they need to! Groceries, The Northwoods Mall, restaurants, and even Roper/St. Francis clinic are all a short drive or walk away. Very convenient location!"
