"I arrived at 8:00 pm and was greeted by Mary who was so helpful and friendly. She made my check in so easy and pleasant. The room was clean and the shower was great!! The free breakfast was more than I expected. Eggs , sausage, waffles, home fries, cereal and yogurt just to name a few. Rick who takes care of it all was very friendly and kept everything looking great!! I will definitely stay here again!!"

"The mattress in our room was extremely stiff but the staff was amazing. My husband, our dog & i got there around 2am & we were greeted by Caleb & he was the best part of our stay. I would go back & stay again & he would the sole reason."

"This has been a long awaited review for me because I just can’t seem to wrap my head around some of the things one specific person from the hotel staff has said to me and my fiancé. We stay here frequently as we now have diamond status because we have points etc, so when date night rolls around or we just need a night to ourselves we usually just come here to relax and have a peaceful night. Usually I check in with Caleb and occasionally another African American lady whom we love! They are always so nice and welcoming, but every so often we’ve come across Mary I think is her name who is not always so pleasant. There’s been times where we’ve come to check in and she has been there and some of the comments/actions are unacceptable. Our first encountered happened when we were staying for like a week, a housekeeper supposedly saw a dog in our room as they say which wasn’t true and so then we got a call from the front desk lady (Mary) who asked if we had a dog to which I said no ma’am we do not, 5 minutes later she shows up at the door and barges in saying she has to check the room. We was fine with her checking as we knew we didn’t have a dog with us, but what got us is my fiancé was in the bathroom and she basically kicked him out of the bathroom stating she’ll stay in the room until he comes out because she has to check not a “well I’ll just come back” or “I’ll wait outside the room door” nothing. She telling him to hurry because she needed to check for the non existent dog. There’s been times where we’ve checked in and the front desk lady (Mary) has asked us why we stay here so much and that she knows what me and my fiancé do. I simply brushed it off at the time but I pay for my room so I don’t believe it’s any of your business as to why I stay here so often or what my fiancé and I do in a room that we pay for as long as we aren’t being disrespectful and or disturbing to other guest. There was another occasion which was recent and we were traveling home 10 hrs and I tried calling to reserve a room for the night and she didn’t answer any of the 9 calls I tried placing. Then today I called because I was having trouble with booking my reservations online and paying with points, I called and she was horrible to talk to on the phone, she gave no number for me to call to get further help I had to go find it myself and she hung up in my face after I tried to at least say thank you for the horrible customer service I received. I can say one thing Caleb and the other lady who works nights are amazing, I’ve never had better customer service. They definitely have made a great customer relationship with me and my fiancé. I fell like me and my fiancé have very little patience left with Mary and if they continue we may be looking for another hotel and that’s very unfortunate for us because it’s not only convenient for us but it’s usually a breeze with checking in and whatnot"

"If I could leave 0 starts I would. It is the first time staying at a Beat Western location where I feel mistreated and abused by staff. Hospitality is not their best suit. We stayed one night, while on a roadtrip. The hotel elevators don’t work, we had to carry our luggage up the stairs, no help is offered. The room smelled terrible. At checkout, we were told to never come back because we have a service dog. I requested an email with this to follow up with the brand. There are many other options to stay around. I wouldn’t recommend staying here at all."

"This hotel was perfect for our overnight stay. It is competitively priced and the night Supervisor Caleb was very welcoming and attentive when we checked in. The room was clean and well stocked and even offered breakfast the next day. The Manager helped us with the checkout and was equally as professional. Best Western should consider Caleb for a Management position. He is young and talented. Thank you Caleb."
