"We stayed for 8 months . The employees on the property are great . Kim needs an assistant. The managers that are on property when she is not there . Don't know the property , don't take proper notes. I had several problems happen in the room it took a while to get them fixed . I was told if i need something fix .I had to tell Kim directly. We stayed a long time so I believe that if our stay was short we wouldnt have encountered any issues in the room I would recommend staying here . They are renovating rooms . Thank you Kim . "Can’t beat the price! Everything you need kitchen wise was a big plus. All the appliances worked great. Rooms were quiet and clean. Staff was really nice. Definitely will return."

"Do not stay here!!! The photos are not representative of what you will be experiencing. Old run down rooms that look and smell nasty; beat up rusty appliances, small holes punched in the walls, moldy bath tubs, stained countertops, old junky worn furniture that looks like it was bought at a yard sale. Uncomfortable bed. The only Staff that has a positive review from me is Robert from maintenance. This place is unsuitable. Overpriced rooms, not worth more than $50/night. I've gotten more value at economy hotel PLUS The walls were very thin. I heard every time that someone argued, fight walked up and down the hall and every car that drove by. I kept getting strange an anonymous hang up calls to my room phone since checkin. The manager is very incompetent, doesn’t know how to communicate effectively and properly. This woman shouldn’t be running any nothing let alone a hotel. I stayed one week it was a very bad experience; my privacy was invaded twice by their staff. No memo; just banging on doors and proceeded to come in my room. Checkout time, the MANAGER had her staff walk in on my half naked 3 hours before checkout and telling me I supposed to be gone as of yesterday, smh. I wouldn’t recommended not even a dog live in this place. There is no cleaning done during your stay."

"I moved here from Seattle WA and my rental plans fell through and I had nowhere to stay. I went to InTown late on a Saturday, and I explained my situation to the manager. She got me into a room immediately. I stayed there for almost 4 months. Everything in my room and kitchen worked perfectly. The bathroom was huge. There was room for my daughter to come stay with me on weekends. It was a good experience. Unfortunately, I got laid off from my job, and had to move because I can't afford to stay there, but if was still working full time I would still be there. The bug problems happen everywhere, if you don't keep your room clean. Hotels, your own home, etc., etc... But, I didn't see a single roach in the room I stayed in. I cleaned when I moved in and kept it clean the whole time I was there. No bugs... You guys are awesome! If my situation changes I will probably get a room there again."

"My second home. I stayed there for 16 days!! Miss them. The manager is still kind, she didn't even charge me for being late in payment. She has a cute son too. I am dumb not to remember her name. She was always very nice to all the guests. Thank you ma'am!!! God bless InTown Suites people all over the world"
