WoodSpring Suites North Charleston Airport I-526

"Had to stay here for work and it was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. Me and my fiancé stayed here for over 6 months, and were plagued with issues. Roaches, very loud noise all around, cops being called almost daily… I do not recommend staying here. The staff(including the GM) was also extremely rude and standoffish anytime you asked for anything. Housekeeping is basically non existent, would block the hallway and play music out loud at a very high volume. This list could go on…(I hear they are under new management, I hope it improves!)"

"1. Mold everywhere. I have pictures and samples. 2. Cockroach infestation. In the 10 minutes i was there, i found 10 cockroaches. 3. I went on Oct. 28th. There was a letter about pest control scheduled for Nov. 2nd. What am i supposed to do before that???? Just live with roaches???? 4. The bed had a lot od questionable stains. 5. I found 1 bed bug. 6. Security seems tight until you get there and people are watching you park your car and hanging out in the hallways. 7. The front desk was only open during a certain time. They said they opened at 10. I was there at 10:30 to check out. No one was there and another guest shared my same experience."

"Booked a two week stay and left after 5 minutes. COCKROACHES upon walking in, other bugs everywhere. Signs of bedbugs on the beds. The room was not cleaned. The room also had some weird smell that made me almost instantly vomit, and lightheaded. Location is really hard to find anyways. Don't stay here at all."

"If you want your room cleaned daily or fresh towels be prepared to do it yourself. The cleaning staff is a joke. They block up the hallways, act rude and don't service rooms in use. Cheap rooms, you get what you pay for on this one. All you hear all night is people walking above and around you and every door closes hard. You gotta be a heavy sleeper to deal with that. The door frame heading out the main entrance is literally filthy black. Oh and the best part, roaches. We left early due to how awful it was."

"I don’t know why I stayed here. The WoodSpring suite in Stafford Virginia puts this place to shame!! Roaches are everywhere here in Charleston . my kids are in the room uncomfortable. Hallways smell of smoke. Customer service sucks. Nobody at the desk after 8pm!?? I want my money back. This place is the worst!! I’m in my car because I literally can’t sleep in this room. Just killed another roach not to long ago smh"
