"A nurse named Dee answered the phone and was rude. Instead of telling me that the nurses were on lunch, she proceeded to keep transferring me. I had let her know I left a voicemail the previous day to schedule my daughter’s appointment for her to have her assessment looked over as those orders were given from Dr. Smith to do so. The woman was condescending and made me repeat my self three times and then tried to say I’m taking my feelings out on her. Afterward, she proceeded to ask me to explain myself again. I did and she proceeded to say I am not dealing with this today and transferred me again. I called back and she kept transferring my call instead of taking the call. Definitely rude and I contacted the supervisor but was sent to voicemail yet again."

"This place has HORRIBLE time management.. I brought my 1 yr old in for her appt. Made it 3 months out and got here 20 min early... I have now been sitting in the lobby for 30 more min after the appt time, so 50 min and counting. This is crazy. I've also called and left messages to make an appointment for my other daughter and never even got a call back after 3 left messages.Then I find out my daughter's pediatrician is seeing sick and well patients.. what is the point of the seperation if the doctor is seeing both? I'm finding another doctor immediately..."

"Today we had our last appointment at this doctor office. We came in for a 2 month old check up and we were taken back to a room only to wait over an hour to be seen by the doctor with a hungry and now very tired infant. We were only seen because I got fed up and opened the door so everyone could hear our inconsolable infant scream… who had no clothes on the entire time btw. Waiting an hour and a half to see a doctor with a 2 month old is inexcusable. Come to find out, we waited so long because the nurse never hit submit on the paperwork and was very flippant when explaining her mistake. Which also allowed the doctor to see multiple patients whose appointments were after ours. This place is a mess with nurses and staff who don’t care about you or your children. This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a pediatrician’s office. I do not recommend and we will not be back. The lady at the front desk tried to setup our 4 month checkup to which I replied, no need."

"I have Dr Safford as both of my childrens pediatrician and they absolutely love her. She takes the extra step in care for them, and they are very prone to sicknesses. My son was misdiagnosed 5 times by a nurse practitioner, and it was a five month long process trying to get him better. But once we saw doctor Safford, she accurately diagnosed him with chronic bronchitis. My son had bronchitis for FIVE months and it caused severe problems with his immune system and his overall health. All she did was take and extra five seconds to listen to his breathing. She earned my trust that day. I see doctor kitchens when Dr Safford isn’t available, and she is just as caring and thorough! I’m an anxiety momma and they always take their time to answer all 100 questions I typically have. Those two women deserve 5 stars, but that nurse caused ridiculous medical problems with her misdiagnoses of my son, so I only gave the three."
