"Dr Bri and her staff are absolutely fantastic. Everyone is courteous from the moment you walk in the door to the second you walk out. It seems like a very jovial office and everyone enjoys their jobs. I was able to make appoints for the family and was seen quickly. I’ve never enjoyed going to the dentist and always had a fear but because everyone is so nice and explained everything to me I had a very pleasurable experience and look forward to my next cleaning."

"The female dentist here is really nice but unfortunately I don't trust her to provide any dental services/ procedures on me personally because I currently work in the dental field and I know a bad dentist from a good one and while she has a great heart and very friendly personality I don't think being a dentist is the right profession for her and every one reading this can either heed my warning or find out for yourselves."

"I was excited about finding a new dental office just for it to be a horrible experience. First, I submitted an appointment request online via their website and never got a response. I called their office today and spoke with BRANDY and she stated they don’t have access to the online requests (why not just remove it from the site then?).. it was no big deal so I proceeded to try to book an appointment and then she placed me on hold stating she had to restart her computer. I was okay with waiting but when she came back to the phone, she called my name and I said “Yes I am still here” then she hung up in my face. I called back and asked her why she hung up and she stated she called my name twice and no one was on the line, which is a lie because how did I hear what you said and she said it in such a rude way that I am not even interested in attending this office if this is how their customer service operates. She had no business treating me in such a way when I gave her the upmost respect and even waited patiently while she placed me on hold to “restart her computer”.. that was a lie as well because I literally heard her tell another customer that she would be with them shortly so she basically hung up on me to assist someone else"
