"It is with UTTER DISGUST that I write this review to avoid this practice at ALL cost. The staff is unprofessional and the practice doesn’t see you as a patient, merely a cost. If my son had private insurance, I’m sure the experience would’ve been much different. The staff doesn’t answer phone calls or return calls. I had high hopes with Dr.Moses being a black woman, and her location being close to my house, but her practice has a lot to learn. The after covid protocol also made it really difficult to get the necessary updates about your child’s oral health. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE. Save yourself the trouble! Find a more established, CARING practice. AVOID THIS OFFICE!!! 0/0 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!"

"Dr.Moses hadn’t communicate about any concerns or questions. Actually I only met Dr.Moses ONCE last 5-6 years of our visit. Their scheduling are extremely demanding by front desk and don’t offer you any other options. I don’t have to be with my daughter while she’s in her care but Dr.Moses should meet with parent a few minutes after she finishes. I believe she is a great dentist. Hope better communication and scheduling will make her practice greater"

"Took our daughter in for a cavity to be filled. I was with her in her cleaning and even x-ray. They came in and gave her oral sedation and asked me to step into the lobby. I told them I wanted to stay with her due to her being very young. They told me that I had to get out to the lobby or they were not going to fill her cavity and I would be charged $300 for the sedation she already received. I told them I have always been able to sit and watch her treatments be done elsewhere. They refused to let me stay. I had to go out to the lobby because I don’t have $300. I asked them why that was not explained to me prior to her sedation because it would have saved the headache. They told me they have never had this issues before. What are you doing that a parent can’t be in the room while the child is sedated. Seems sketchy. When my daughter came out she was bailing and said she doesn’t ever want to come here again because they were really rough. The doctor told me not to ask her too many questions because she will get upset about not remembering."

"I received a bill after I was told all of my services would be covered by my insurance. They are refusing to provide me with an itemized bill and telling me I have to contact my insurance company. So I DID! My insurance company has informed me that when this said practice submitted the bill they have a line item titled “UNDEFINED”. Being that they have no earthly idea what that service/request for payment is for they cannot cover it. I don’t blame them. I wouldn’t pay for an UNDEFINED service either. My insurance company has been trying to contact them in order to determine what that service was for and whether or not they actually cover it. And of course they’re not answering or willing to work with me or my insurance company. Do not waste your time or money here. Unless you’re comfortable with being told your insurance will cover the whole bill, then receiving a bill because of “undefined” services."

"Dr. Moses and her staff provided phenomenal service during my daughter’s first dental cleaning at her office. She was kind, gentle, and reassuring that Natalie was in the best hands for her oral care. Thank you again and I highly recommend her."
