Residence Inn by Marriott Greenville-Spartanburg Airport

"While my stay was a bit somber due to the circumstances of our travel, the hotel was perfect for my brother and I. We had a 2 bedroom suite that was separated with a livingroom and kitchen combo in between the two rooms. Both rooms had ensuite bathrooms. The one with the king bed had a shower. The one with the queen bed had a tub/ shower combo. Our initial room, 305, was freezing cold, and I had an issue with one of the toilets. Temps was low 30s to 50s that weekend. The thermostat only went to 74° and wouldn't heat the room. The toilet was making noise all day. The next day, I alerted the staff, and they sent someone up to fix the toilet and gave me an extra blanket. When we came back from dinner, the toilet no longer was making noise, but it wouldn't flush. Another worker tried to fix it and said it was broken, so I requested a new room. They put us in the room, 306, across the hall. We didn't have any issues in the new room. Overall, the staff was kind and helpful. The rooms were clean. The hotel offers hot continental breakfast, which was ok. The location is convenient to the airport and there's plenty of stores in the area. My only qualm is not being from the area, SC needs to make their signs larger and use better reflectors. I am from Texas, so I know that suburbs can get pretty dark at night, but it's pretty scary not being able to properly see which street you're on. We missed it a few times driving in."

"Great staff! They took great care of us and recommended some great resturants! The property is well maintained, and the firepit was great for nighttime leisure. Great breakfast! No toaster, so take your bagel back to the room."

"Was here last weekend for youth soccer nearby. Decent rooms, everything clean, and service and attitude of the staff was exceptional. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suit which was perfect for two adults and two young teens. Location was convenient and quiet. Thanks!"

"The room was huge with an office desk and kitchenette. It was clean too. But during my stay of 4 nights, I didn’t get housekeeping services. The breakfast was awesome with so many options to choose from. They dont keep their coffee hot throughout the day. My room key did not work 2 days. Both times, i had to go back to front desk to get it fixed. There was also a leak under the sink, which was immediately fixed after reporting at front desk."

"Love love love! We have a family of 5 and stayed in a suite. It was perfect! Lots of things to do and places to eat close to the hotel. The hotel was very clean, and we really enjoyed going down to the lobby every morning for breakfast and coffee. They had various options for breakfast, the coffee was always hot (and tasty!), and the lady who ensured that things ran smoothly in the breakfast area was wonderful and helpful. Michael at the front desk was also extremely helpful - we were at the hotel for a girls soccer tournament and so there were lots of girls at the hotel, and he made sure we had everything we needed while we were there - toilet paper, clean towels, etc. I cannot give this place enough stars. Will definitely stay there again."
