"Dr puts me on pain pills for Fibromyalgia then after 3 years of being prescribed this medication at my worst from IT cuts me off nothing to help detoxing ...These Dr's don't care about us just their paycheck.."

"I have been desperately trying to find a good primary care office. I was hopeful after seeing Jill Lewis at the forest drive location. She listened to my health concerns and did numerous blood panels, ultimately leading to an auto immune diagnosis and referred me to rheumatolgy. I was so hopeful, after finding answers, that I would finally receive the care I have been needing. Fast forward to two months later and I cannot even get the office to send my referral after numerous phone calls and pleading. I was told that my referral had been sent to a particular office and the office coordinator has assured me they have not received anything. With that offices wait being over 8 months, I finally found a doctor that could accept me almost immediately. My entire body is aching to the point where I can feel it in my organs. I have called numerous times to speak with someone about sending my referral over and it seems to always fall on deaf ears. I am told by the front office they are writing everything down and sending it over, yet I never receive a phone call. Every time I am forwarded to the referrals coordinator it goes straight to voicemail where I leave messages that go unreturned. The Rheumatolgy office, knowing how hard I have been trying decided to reach out today to try and get it sent directly over and were told in order to do so I would have to once again go in for a visit?? I saw them in OCTOBER and THEY are the ones who have failed to get my referral over yet I have to go in for another visit in order for them to tell me absolutely NOTHING? This has been absolutely unacceptable. The staff at this place should be ashamed of the way they treat their patients."

"Haley the receptionist needs to adjust her attitude talking to patients like she knows me or something. I simply asked to be transferred to the office manager and instead of asking who I’m referring to or offering to take a message for the appropriate person to get my CAT SCAN results she was condescending and stated she can’t transfer me to him for the reason I’m requesting. Last straw with this facility I’m sure I’ll be treated better literally anywhere else while I’m having a possible cancer scare. Disgusting"

"If you like blood work and bills this is the place for you. I myself have been going to this practice for over a year with no results. Yes I received prescriptions, blood work, 5 minute visits, and bills, but when it came to tackling real issues I had to do the leg work myself to get referrals and had no cooperation from my doctor. My wife also went to the practice based off of my recommendation and has nothing to show for it but blood work and bills. Some of the staff was nice though. I remember one time they refuse to see me because of a little past due $50 bill and I'm a diabetic. Thank you all for nothing"
