"If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would. This office seems nice, but the doctor has left my partner w out pain meds 2 wkends in a row. The nurse has called & said they were just waiting on the doctor. We called back on Monday, left a message & by this afternoon we called back complaining & the staff is trying but the doctor is doing whatever he's doing & seems to not care he has patients in pain. It isn't like he just hurt himself he shattered his heel & had 5 screws w washers also cadaver tissue under his heel. ER doctors said this is the most painful break you can have & basically asked him what he wanted so how can a surgeon only give 5 or 20pain pills at a time? Then just leave him crying in pain not able to rest all weekend. Don't go here if you can help it."

"They set everyone's appointments at the same time. You get either 8 am or 8:30. Then the worst part is the waiting because they randomly select people that go first. I ve been sitting in this room for over an hour now. Their whole system of appointments is all messed up. Not sure who made it this way but it's not effective at all. Get it together people... The staff look down their nose at you like your trash. The nurses need to go back to school to learn politeness. If they don't like what they are doing then they need to go elsewhere. If they do like what they are doing then they need a raise or something. Because something is wrong with them. Cheer up people and don't be snappy."

"The white lady with silver straight hair working in the front was so rude to a guy in a neck brace and arm in sling. How you gonna tell him to hurry up. His poor lady was just trying her best to get him signed in. I do understand laws and how she probably couldnt sign him in. She had to go back to help him in. Which during this time a line was getting long but this women was unprofessional. This women said to them "hurry up i have a line forming". Guess she couldn't handle the pressure of being busy. She also was rude to a Hispanic family when one of the members clearly spoke good english. I would work on more team work upfront so the lady wasn't under so much pressure when busy. The lack of teamwork and her unprofessional behavior... wow. Please train in customer interaction and maybe go over how other team members could help her during busy times."
