"1/8/24 I went to the NT store in Greenville, SC as I was shopping for a pressure washer. A NT associate saw my wave and came right over. "Dave" spent plenty of time with my wife and I, answered all our questions thoroughly, and provided some suggestions that were helpful. As such we went from being shoppers to becoming buyers and we purchased a pressure washer. Came back on 1/10 and picked it up. Dave was an exceptional employee/associate; very unusual in today's world. Paying and picking the washer up was no problem and Jenna helped us both times at the cash register. Jenna seemed to be having a tough day on 1/8, but she put that aside and greeted us with a smile and a pleasant demeanor both days. We shared a laugh with her both days as well. Two good employees that represent NT well. We could have purchased a pressure washer from a lot of different places, but it's doubtful that we would have received the excellent and knowledgeable treatment that we received at NT. We'll be back!"

"Front staff was amazing that's why they received 2 stars BUT do NOT take your mower here for repairs. They really don't inspect your mower. They just recommend a TON of repairs you don't need to make sure nothing happens after you take it home is what I was told from an employee. Brought in a riding mower and was told to just buy a new one because it would take almost $3000 to repair. The crazy part is they charge you $60 to tell you to just buy a new one. Rip off! Mower Medic came to MY house services my mower $257. Ready to go for the summer. Reminder Do NOT take your mower here for repairs! You were warned!"
