"They have been very helpful, every time I have called they always answer nicely and always helping. My last called took me about 30 min because of all the information I needed and Camia was very patient and polite, she helped me with everything I needed. Front desk very nice and helpful, nurses always available and if they don’t have the info, they have followed up. Providers have showed caring. The staff is very nice and professional. So far is a great experience every time my family and I go there. My husband uses another location near his job and have experienced same thing/good things. I cannot see why is not better rated."

"Thought the quality of care was okay. Only one doctor. All others are nurses or nurse practitioners. I felt marginalized by the person who saw me. Did not send the script for nasal spray we discussed. Had absolutely no interest in my desire to lose weight and exploring what could help. Asked for a refill of my current sleep med and a receptionist called me later and told me that I was too old. You would think the nurse would call and discuss other options. Very disappointed. Believe I will be looking for a new doctor or clinic."

"Rude medical and office staff. They have no problem hanging up on you. No compassion or concern for the patient. Laugh at questions and concerns. I have also had problems with getting test results and follow up treatment."
