"I’ve been shopping at Ross for 10 years. In the past 2 years, they’ve really gone downhill. I get it is a discount off the truck kind of store, but barely any shelves are stocked and people spill their drinks all over the place. The customer service is really lacking too. The cashiers have bad attitudes as well. But I’ll still shop here because it’s cheap and I can always find what I’m Looking for"

"Over all it was good. Lot of dress varieties are there for both men and women. Kids collections were less. Also there were few items on the home shelves (see the pics) so aisles are almost empty. It would be great if they add more items to Home sections."

"I love this store.... The store was super clean and that made it easy for me shop and find more than what I went into the store for... There is something for everyone in the family here. The only thing I have to say, on the downside is that they were only running one register during what seemed to be their busy hour it was not until the customer's started to question if the cashier was the only person that she called for back up. Which at this point you have unhappy customer's and customers with attitudes. Overall my shopping trip was great!"
