"I have been to many Loft stores even before they were called Loft. My sister and I shop often and out of all the stores the one in Greenville SC is fantastic. They have more inventory and are helpful. They remember repeat customers and their kids. They try and help you get the best deal and are honest when you try something on and can suggest something different. The others are good but this store really cares for their customers helps with online ordering and with exchanges. They are polite ask management questions in a respectful way and learn how to do regular duties when new. I have shopped here for years and they do hire quality staff. I also like they aren’t all cookie cutter thin young girls very helpful for me. I am in my early 50’s have young kids don’t feel old and they always have someone I can relate to to help me. Whether you are super thin or have some extra pounds. They make flattering clothes for all sizes."

"Tuesday afternoon around 3, I just returned a pair of pants I had bought online. The size guide had a different system of sizing than the item on the website, so I inadvertently bought 2-3 sizes too big! The employees were very friendly and efficient."

"Long time Loft customer... 2:30 on a Wednesday at Loft Greenville. Walked in with intent to shop for petite jeans size 12. ( BTW I was wearing Loft jeans at the time). The store is empty except for employees. No acknowledgement of any kind by 2 pink sweater blond employees who definitely saw me. Couldn’t find what I was searching for, but STILL no assistance. Even stood by them waiting for their conversation to finish. STILL nothing. Was it that I don’t match the model sizes of single digits? . I didn’t look right?? Happy to spend my $$ elsewhere. You’d think after the last 2 years a store would be responsive to customers. Couldn’t get this to post with zero stars, so keep in mind it’s ZERO."
