"Where do I begin. First my wife and I used to be seen here over 8 years ago. Moved to Florida and had to return for personal reasons. WHAT HAS HAPPENED!!! I'm ashamed to be a veteran here. It started with the bathrooms. Toilets unclean, paper towels out, empty soap to wash hands with after using the rest room. Then we went to get lunch. Couldn't find a clean table to sit at. No, not just crumbs but sticky. Then we waited in a long checkout line as only one checkout was available during peek hours. Now to our primary care as my wife and I are both veterans. Both computer check in terminals were locking up not knowing if your personal info was going to be seen by next user. Augusta you should be ashamed!!!!! People hear were willing to sacrifice Thier lives and well being for your safety and this is how you treat them???And the answer is NO!!! I have never seen any other VA hospital look this pitiful. I read a sign talking about the excellence. I had to take a picture as I couldn't believe my eyes."

"The parking situation is an absolute joke. They run out of parking every single morning and you have dozens of people wandering around prowling for spots to snag. The most insulting thing is that the VA leaves 200+ spaces reserved for vallet parking, when they only ever have 20 cars there at the absolute most. I attached a picture. Its the most ridiculous thing Ive seen at a VA."

"Happy to get the help I needed, but was annoyed and inconvenienced that I couldn't take my kids with me. My kids are healthy, and they have already been exposed to Covid. Nice building and staff here though... just doing their job."
