"This place is a joke. They don't even know the difference between used and new firearms. Get a load of this: I purchased a new firearm at this store previously, and went back to purchase another. After looking at handguns, I asked which were new and which were used, and the lady working the counter indicated she had no idea. I asked if there was someone who knew, and she said she was in charge. I picked out a Glock, and asked if it had a case. She looked, told me "no" and I asked if the Glock next to it had a case. She looked again and said "No, and I sure don't want to be looking for cases all day." Now, I am the only customer in the store. It was slow. The phones weren't ringing. The lady I am asking for help from was literally on her phone when I walked in texting. I told her that I was interested in a firearm with a hard case, and she replied "If you need a firearm with a case, it sounds like you don't need one." I explained that would make a difference in whether I purchased a handgun, as I wanted one in good condition, and with a case. She looked back at the pile of hard cases behind the counter, and she said "Sounds like we aren't your people." If you want HORRIBLE customer service, rude and IGNORANT workers, and lack of knowledge, this is your store. If you want people selling you firearms which don't know if they are new or used, this is the place. If you want to be treated like you are a problem when you are a customer, definitely check this place out."
