Walmart Supercenter

"Worst with check out. Line always long in this Walmart but today is really the topping it off. Me and my daughter in line for more than 20 mins. Almost 30 mins. Cashier was having issues and as we get closer the lady in front of me was told card reader was broken but the customer service lady agreed to take her and I was told she can also take me so i put all my groceries back in my cart and I left and the lady at the customer service told me she can’t take me so I begged her to take me i only have less than 20 items. So she told me to fall in line again so I did another 15 mins of my time. The worst is my husband alone and just got out of the hosp. Was trying to get things he needed. Even though I told her that I cannot afford to fall in line again. No consideration ever. This is Feb 13 bet 4-4:30 pm. Worst customer service ever."

"Tried to pick up a small cheese grater I bought online. App forces you to do pickup from "curbside" which is 14 parking spots with numbered signs. Problem is that people who aren't even picking up park in those spots. Went inside to customer service to ask if they could just give me my item I already bought and paid for. They told me no and when I explained the parking situation they told me to stand on the curb in the cold and wait. Luckily the employees doing the pickup themselves were really nice and helped me out when I tried my best to convey the situation to them. Worst customer service section though."

"I went to go get my oil changed and sat there and watched a male and female employee laughing and talking the whole time by my car not doing anything for an hour. Just for them to tell me they can’t change my oil because I have an oil leak !! LIES !! There was no oil leak at all and I wasn’t the only one who they told this too!! And I don’t know who the main GUY is up there but your management sucks !! If Walmart was smart they would see they are losing money in the automotive department and do an investigation of there own employees"

"I would like the store manager to reach out to me and show me the contract they have with the towing company they work with. They tried to tow my car at 1130 pm, only 30 minutes after their closing times. That night, they tried to tow a bunch of other cars in front of my eyes."
