"The old lady is a pain on the neck, every time I go there, she refuses to accept my coupons. Not going there anymore"

"Used to be good but now they cannot pay a Pharmacist to be there, so they are closed on weekends except for the 24 hour stores! They always have issues with finding or refilling everything. Suggest switching to Pine Ridge Pharmacy, they are great. I switched and so relieved I did."

"I previously switched from the Walgreens on Augusta Road hopeful that this one would have better service but just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse,it indeed didn’t. Twice this week I went to get our medicine and it’s closed due to the pharmacist being out. No call or text message. This isn’t the first time we had issues but I finally said this is enough. So we switched to a small pharmacy that my parents have been using for years."

"My wife and I always go to this walgreens. Everytime we go there we are greeted with smiles. Ms. Lisa and her crew in the pharmacy are always stand up and deliver great customer service. I went in tonight and was greeted by Mr. Jordan. The customer service he provided was beyond any Walgreens we have been to before. Shout out to him. Very thankful for the amazing service."

"Three times I've tried to get a tetanus shot at this pharmacy. The first time I walked in and they were out of the vaccine. No problem I can understand that. The second time I called and they said yes they have the vaccine so I go and guess what no vaccine. The third time I called again and spoke to someone and once again I ask if they had the vaccine available and the lady replied yes. I said great, I'll see you in just a few and the lady replied we'll see you when you get here. So I arrive within 10 minutes, was met at the counter and was ask can i help you. I said yes I'm here for a Tetanus shot and the lady replied do you have an appointment? So if the appointment was necessary why in the hell during one of my the visits didn't someone informed of this? Why didn't the lady i spoke to just 10 minutes prior tell me I needed an appointment ? I'm truly done with this particular Walgreens!"
