"Excellent staff. Great people. I had kind of an urgent visit this past weekend. My Yorkie has diabetes and is on insulin twice a day. My regular vet does not have weekend hours and I stupidly forgot to refill her insulin prescription before it ran out, so I was not going to get through the weekend. Lets just say that a weekend visit to other unnamed clinics was going to be very expensive, ($120 just for the office visit). Not only did Banfield work us in, but since my fur baby was a new patient they were kind enough to tell me to go online and sign up to get a new patient free office visit coupon. Excellent customer service. Would definitely go here if I didn't already have a vet."

"I have a senior dog that gets very anxious about the vet and can become reactive during visits. We stopped going to our previous vet for this reason, it seemed like every time we went her anxiety would just get worse and it would become very difficult to examine her or give shots. I needed to get her shots up to date so I made an appointment here. The receptionists are very nice, organized, and professional. The vet and the tech that worked with us were also kind and professional. I could tell they are truly great at their jobs and that they really care about pets. They were so patient and my dog eventually warmed up to them a little bit, which shocked me in a good way. She even wagged her tail a few times once the shots were done with. As a new patient they got us set up with a wellness plan and it is very affordable. I can't thank the team here enough for taking care of my dog. She is like my child and I love her so much. The way she was treated made me very happy, and we are so glad we made the switch."
