"If I could give less than one star i would. I have spent so much money with the Gap online. I needed to return some things that did not fit. After traveling 40 minutes...the store says it has to go back to the outlets. I said are you kidding, your all the Gap. She said we can't take it. But they sure will take your money. Horrible customer service. Try doing your job!!! Last time you get my money."

"I went into Gap at Haywood Mall in Greenville to return an online purchase. David helped me. He was filling in for the manager, I believe. This young man is amazing. Shouted hello when I hit the store and asked of I needed to return the package I had in hand. So personable and professional. Sometimes returning an online purchase is not so well received at the retail store. Not at this Gap. What a great experience. David...Thanks so much for your help."
