"My initial experience was cool. The staff greeted me as I walked in the store and throughout my browsing I was asked by staff if I needed any assistance. The staff was readily available provide prompt assistance which made me feel valued as a customer. My feelings quickly changed Once it was my turn to cash out… As the cashier began to “ring up” my items, Another employee says aloud, “ Make sure you scan each item.” I was taken aback by that statement…. That statement was undignified and unnecessary."

"They actually the pair of sneakers, in my size, that I saw on line. I was in and out if there in 10 minutes!"

"Employees were on their phones never looked up and said anything to me. They saw me come in but completely ignored me. They were way more into their fake hair and Instagram feed. They also always have the music way too loud and it is offensive music to boot. They are to concerned with making their work environment comfortable for themselves instead of the customer but looking at the staff that day I'm not surprised."

"They are out of stock on a lot of things. I wear a sz 12 men's after picking 7 pairs of sneakers they didn't have my size and if I ask for a sz12 why are they telling me other sizes that don't fit my feet. And none of the employees are pleasant"

It was for this reason that our business was founded upon the Eternal principle of the Golden Rule." It might be a good idea to inform your managers and employees that the person which I just quoted was Mr. J C Penny. I find it difficult to believe then Mrs. Penny would be very happy with what is going on in the stores he founded. Or dare I ask, does anybody know the Golden Rule today?"
