"Merit had the carpet I wanted. Someone came out to measure but never got back to me with a price or to set up the install. I called to follow up, and called, and called, and left messages. I mostly spoke with Courtney who told me she was leaving the messages for whoever came out to measure. After months of waiting and never hearing back, I went with a different shop who didn't carry the same carpet. It's sad because I didn't get what I wanted and Merit was the only place that had it. Not a good experience."
