"On more than one occasion recently, the staff at this pharmacy has expedited a prescription for me when my child has been sick. Today they helped me navigate with our provider after hours when a prescription for my son was not available but an alternative was. It made such a huge difference to get him a treatment before closing time so that he can rest well tonight. The great customer service and kindness is so appreciated"

"Received severe muscle spasms during BOTH of my shots. I would advise to NOT GET YOUR VACCINATION SHOT HERE. On more than 2 occasions both my wife and I have had unusual pain from our covid/flu shots, likely due to overly COLD needles...We've heard them mention it several times...We've had our shots at PUBLIX before, and it was NOTHING like the CVS. Something about the person who gives the shots, sorry, they are nice but not doing it right! My wife noticed that she gave me shots unusually HIGH on my arm, ouch! Now I have swollen muscles that are taking far longer to heal....NOT returning...The on-site nurse told me to go to Urgent Care to have it checked out, what??? And pay money for someone's mistakes? I don't think so...If anything, CVS nurse should have offered FOR FREE, a 10 second look over my arm - sad world...."

"Scheduled a covid test for my daughter. They canceled the appointment for no reason. What an aggravation. Why have open appointments if you're just going to cancel them anyway. Real nice. After visiting dph and not being able to get an appt for 3 months in advance with 5 customers sitting inside I was told to go to clinic here. Scheduled appt, uploaded insurance, when I arrive they say that they can't take my son's insurance. I offer to pay to get his vaccine and they say no. Ridiculous, why am I uploading insurance if you don't take it. Again, real nice. Never again."

"This pharmacy has the worst customer service out of any CVS pharmacy I have ever visited. They kept redirecting me to other places and made excuses for being unable to refill a prescription that said 2 refills left clearly on the bottle. (They were the ones to fill the bottle in the first place.) They kept losing my insurance information in their system as well and would ask that I pay full price for things my insurance covers. The last time I visited, I went home only to find out that they gave me the wrong prescription."

"This is the first negative review I've ever left for a place. Disclaimer: this is more about the pharmacy itself vs. the store, and my negative rating is less about what happened but more about how it was handled. Today I went to CVS to pick up a few prescriptions before heading to another MD appointment and work. The pharmacy is supposed to open at 8am, I went into the store at 804am and the pharmacy was still completely closed. I asked a gentleman working up front what time they open and he said "8am." We looked at our watches at the same time and then he said "she's probably late, she lives in Richmond Hill, but you can wait if you want." I decide to be patient and weight for a bit. After about 5-10 minutes no one showed up and everything was still locked up and closed down. I went back up front and asked the gentleman to take my info and ask the pharmacist to transfer my prescription to a CVS closer to work so I could grab it at lunch. As we're doing this the pharmacy employee walked into the store with zero sense of urgency. He gave her my information and she asked me for my phone number and then said "Thanks." No apology or anything. Still not a huge deal but I am getting a big annoyed now. After leaving the pharmacy employee called me to confirm my prescriptions and then said "they're ready for pick up now if you want to come get them." It was now evident that the entire convo we had about transferring to a different store was a waste of time. Still no apology. I confirmed that she could send them to a different store so I didn't have to wait until 7pm to pick them all up. She then called back and asked when I needed them by, once again I reiterated the fact that I needed them by lunch. Still no apology. I post this mainly as a warning that if you need a medication, especially an important one, I would not recommend trying to pick them up in the morning. The vibe of the entire experience was that this happens regularly. I also understand that things happen but the way it was handled was the frustrating part. Worst customer experience I've had in a while."
