"The store was extremely crowded with people and the store is so poorly layed out it is hard to navigate the store."
"Such mixed feelings about this store. I’ve always loved their products and have felt good purchasing from them. I recently purchased a sweatshirt as a Christmas gift. After its first washing (on delicate) the letters began to fade. When I went to the store asking for some help in replacing it, or addressing it in some way we were basically told “sorry”. I know it’s hard to be in retail, but as a consumer I also expect stores to stand by their product. It was obvious this was a product they carry, and rather than offer to do a computer search to verify the purchase and/or offer a replacement, they offered no help. This makes me feel that any purchase made from them is basically at the risk of the consumer. A customer for life is now a customer no more. Bad business, Palmetto Moon."
