Took my three grandsons for shoes, the employees were rude the way they talk to you, oldest grandson chose 3 different shoes and not one in his size so that was a waste of time, the middle grandson found a pair that we were going to buy only to be told the system was down and they were only taking cash(maybe something they should have told us first) management really needs to work on their employees customer service skills"

"Refused to give us the shoes for the price marked… if the shoes say $65 that’s the price I should pay with out anyone giving me a hard time. But won’t be back!!"

"The employees at this store were extremely helpful and polite. This was my first time in the store, and because of the great prices and magnificent customer service, I will definitely return. Then, to top it off, I left a bag with two pairs of shoes from a competitor on the floor at the counter. They put the bag up and tried to contact me. When I walked in the door the next day, they recognized me and retrieved my package! Add Honest to to the description as well. I am so grateful to them!"

"Did not carry my grand son size in several shoes. He wears a size 10 & he is 4 years old. Every shoe I picked out they didnt have his size. Never known for a sneaker place not 2 have all sizes in stock."
