"I stopped in for some diesel passing through and was so pleasantly impressed with the care and treatment i received from Shelby. She was most helpful when I was having trouble at the pump and accommodating beyond expectations in the best circumstances. "This store is not my normal store. The two gentlemen working when I went shouldn't have been left alone. I couldn't tell who was training who or which had more/less experience! I am VERY experienced in how much money off or all the forms of discounts I can get off tobacco products! When I asked the clerk if I could enter my phone number for the rewards program he looked at me like I had 8 eyes and all eyes were looking at something differently. He had, admittingly, no idea how to work the register so I could enter a phone number. The younger gentleman told him to void the tobacco products and ring them up again so I could enter my number and he was going to show him. The clerk got all flustered telling the other clerk no, no, no, it would mess up the coupon he had already scanned (a manufacturer coupon)and it was a timed coupon. Both of them talked to each other at the same time back and forth they went. I finally told them to forget it and I paid and left. I'll make it a point not to stop there when I need tobacco products. I want all the discounts I can get! But WHY didn't this clerk know anything about the rewards program or entering numbers? That's what I'd like to know."

"The Gas station experience was great but my trip to the dunken was not good at all. The employees were playing at the work site. As well as nobody was at the register to give me assistance. So I had to order at the kiosk witch took my money but supposedly did not transfer my order to the "geniuses" behind the counter. If I could rate 0 stars for service I would."

"I love this Circle K. The employee named Shelby is the sweetest thing, and absolutely cute-as-a-button. From a customer's point of view, Angela is a great manager (also easy on the eyes). I honestly wish the 2 of them worked 24 hours a day. They're so helpful and chipper, it always makes me feel like I'm going to my second home. Heck, they don't even blush at the painful sounds I tend to make when using the restroom; they just pretend it doesn't even happen. Bless them, and bless this store."
