"We ordered online with coupons, charged fully, and the order never went through. Went into the store with the bank charge and was told that we couldn't have our order fulfilled by management that wasn't even on site. The lady who tried to help us was off the clock and did everything that she could to help and was as sweetest as could be, but the man behind the counter was rude and scoffed the entire time as we tried to explain what happened and showed proof of the charge and what had happened to us. Management said that we would have to 'fight with the card company' to get our money back and also when we said we would just order again at the physical store, would not honor what we paid with coupons and cash back applied online. This whole experience, except for the sweet lady who tried to help us, was awful and has turned us from subway again anytime in the future. Get your business together."
