"Great atmosphere, great food and some of the best wings I've ever had"

"The wings were great! I had the ribs as well. A little too smoky but they were good. Sweet Jane sauce was good. My wife had the chicken nachos. They were on point. The Mac and cheese is very bland. The drinks were great as well. We had the Pamarita and the beers on tap were crisp and cold! The service was awesome! Over all i give it 4 stars."

"Heard good things about Southbound, but when I went that was not the case. Greeted by the hostess and told us she’d come right back, but never came back. Our server ended up seating us. He took our drink order (2 waters, 1 beer), but only brought the beer, checked on us later and brought 1 water, then later brought the other water, but by that time we had already finished the appetizers. The star of the evening was the sweet server assistant/food runner who brought us our food and was kind enough to refill our waters, get us silverware, and extra sauce. The food is comparable to cafeteria food, as far as the portions and quality go. The smoked chicken had a rubbery texture which was unappetizing, so I sent it back. Live music was present while we were there, but due to the volume we were often unable to hear our server and he was also unable to hear us, which led to somewhat of a shouting match. However, the band was great, just not the volume. Lastly, when going to the bathroom I passed by an open door that went into the kitchen/prep area which was not well taken care of."

"This is how I received my order of their Soul Rolls. I called to speak with management and to no avail there was no answer. Honorable mention: I've had their Soul Rolls many times. This is very poor service."
