"6 AM. II/29/23 3 Items missing from my order. Called and manager adamant no one guessed up. Then says a sausage Biscuit was left out. So is it. possibe 2 other items were lettret that cashier could of NOT PUT IN BAG. manager could not let you tell her kept interuputing continued to be rude. Cashier either didn't hear, didn't listen But did mess up, because an item was left out, and something not asked for given. It was handled badly on managers end. unprofessional hangup w/ Rudeness uncalled for."

"Drive through was extremely slow, even though there was no one in front of me. Someone asked me to hold on a moment and I sat at the microphone for 3 minutes before I could say my order. Ridiculous! Then when someone finally took my order, she was laughing with her coworkers and had me repeat a part of my order bc she was too distracted not doing her job! Wait it gets better! I asked for a sausage and cheese biscuit… like I get every morning… and there was no cheese. Also wanna know the reason I get a sausage and cheese biscuit instead of chicken? Because I received a raw one a couple months back and was shut off from it. Honestly, if you don’t have enough staff to triple check behind everything, just close down. And this is coming from a regular."

"So we came here in the morning around 10:30 a.m. and it really wasn't too busy to be honest. The food took forever to come out like 10 or 15 minutes and my dad me and his girlfriend all just got like single combos. The grits took the longest and nothing came out together. But once the food did come out it tasted good everything was fine."
