"I bought a firm Queen Mattress with Box Spring.. slept a few hours the 1st night with a completely covered mattress when we brought it home decided it was too firm.. I got both pieces packed and loaded to take back for their "Comfort Guarantee" and switch it for a softer mattress set.. I called over and over again and got no answer so I decided to drive there (1 & 1/2 hours from my house) thinking they just we're not answering the phone come to find out they have a sign on the door stating they will be closed 5 days due to employee shortage.. sign said they would reopen on 9/11 I drive on the 11th and they where still closed another wasted trip... so on the 12th I called and he's there I explained myself and he refuses to take back the mattress set even with the "Comfort Guarantee" and restocking fee I mentioned about this to him and he told me that this is no longer their policy and it's on the paperwork I was given at purchase I told him that was misleading.. his only suggestion was to put a mattress topper on .. needless to say I totally regret going here and giving this place my business!!! Now I am stuck with a mattress that's too firm. This business took my money almost $1000 and has left me high and dry... I don't recommend anyone to go here!!"
