"I heard great things about this place so I booked a consult, it was for 9:30 am. I arrived at 9:30 and my stylist was not there. I waited until 9:55 and then left I wouldn’t have made cared until I checked my email and got an email from Nappy Hutt saying I was a no show to my appointment and that I will not tolerate! My time is valuable, just as yours is, you wasted mine and I was willing to let it be, but I was NOT a no show and that is not how business is conducted. One thing about me, I show up ON TIME every time to all my appointments. But I wish you all the best of luck."

"The people here were really nice and there was a warm welcome when I came in. The lady who did my hair took roughly 4 hours just to re-twist and style my hair without the wash included. (With other stylist it takes about two hours) With the wash included I was there for over 5 1/2 hours. I honestly did not mind the time it took as long as they were done appropriately but what upset me was the ends of my hair not being twisted all the way down. *See pictures below*. It literally looks like I have lobster claws at every end of my two strands. I would have mentioned it to the stylist once I noticed but I was already running late to another appointment due to the time it took for her to do my hair. I’ve been to many different stylist and was shocked that she thought this was acceptable."

"I went in to get microlocs, due to me having a fresh perm, they gave me multiple options for me to choose from that would better work for my hair. I really loved the outcome. Everyone was nice and friendly and very helpful. Chris did my hair and I loved it. I will return for my retie."

"I love this place! I come and get my beard oil every few months! They also do natural hairstyles which is great! My daughter loves coming here and getting her hair done.. She says they are so nice! But seriously though, the beard oil is a great buy! GET YOU SOME!! Oh..and it's a woman-owned, black-owned business!"
