"We scheduled online at 12:38 pm for a 2:45 pm appointment. When we arrived at 2:45 pm we were informed that Shannon just received notice of the appointment and could not be there until 3:30 pm. Strike 1. We left and returned at the new time. The haircut only took 15 minutes as it was just a trim. Shannon had a personal phone call during that time and talked during the cut. Strike 2. When it was time to pay, Shannon explained that the credit card processing machine was not working but we could pay cash, Venmo..... Strike 3. We'll never be back."
"I have found my new hair salon and I am so happy! I called them at the last minute to book and was able to get a same-day appointment with Sakkia for a blow-out. She did an amazing job! She was very professional and educated me about my hair/natural hair in general throughout the appointment.The salon was very clean and elegantly designed. The environment was professional and positive with nothing but good vibes. I will definitely be back soon!"
"Wow. So I have seasonal psoriasis and it drives me insane when it gets really bad. Almost no relief to be found and I’ve tried everything. As a result my hair is incredibly dry. My boyfriend made an appointment for me for their 45 min Dermatitis head spa treatment. It was amazing. Shannon, the owner, was thorough, professional and gentle. My scalp massage was incredible. And for the first time in a long while my scalp felt wonderful. The products she used were top tier and applied generously. The price for the spa experience is also surprisingly reasonable at $40. My hair feels so soft and silky…like baby hair. I immediately made another appointment right after. All in all so grateful Shannon and this salon exist in Savannah and highly, highly recommend."
