"Thought the place is understaffed, the staff is always super friendly and hard working. The food Is great and while you make your own entree that's kind-of the idea. Every course tastes wonderful and is super fulfilling. The music is pretty rough but the lighting and furnishings feel nice and most of the seating makes your area feel isolated from surrounding guests making the experience feel more special. I know it's not for everyone but I love coming here :)"

"We made a reservation for 7:30 PM. Was immediately seated. However, our server was very slow, it took 15 minutes for her to come to the table. Once she did come to the table, it took 36 minutes to receive our alcoholic beverages. Taking into consideration that they are shortstaffed. And both managers were serving as well. However, multiple other servers were going to their tables 3 times more than our server did. Our server came to deliver each entrée and never check back. We ran out of our dips took so long we didn’t want to sit there and wait longer as this is a 2 1/2 hour experience . Overall the food was excellent. The atmosphere was excellent. The service was poor, which ruined our anniversary night. Would not recommend if you’re trying to not have to wait forever for your service to come and refill your water or alcoholic beverages."

"Nothing but good words to say about the service, food quality, experience, etc. This is probably the third Melting Pot location I've been to, but my first eye-opening experience into fondue. I have always made room to gorge myself here and never leave unsatisfied. And the drinks are really great too! This has always been a special place for my friends and I."

"My husband and I went for his birthday. We were a bit concerned that it wouldn't be enough food, but we were wrong. We were full before we finished the entire. The food was great. Dipping food in cheese and chocolate was delicious. I think the experience was the best part. Great atmosphere and the waiter was really knowledgeable and friendly. It was a bit pricey, but worth it for a special occasion."

"Our visit here in early April was a delight. The waiter explained this location is run by his close loving family, and it added a sense of comfort while dining. The experience of your meal opens space in your party to chat and create new memories! The drinks were addicting and I highly recommend coming early on a Saturday evening. We had most of the place to ourselves!"
