"I can't say enough about this place. It's a fun experience, great atmosphere, food is incredible, service was awesome from the moment we walked in. My husband and I got the daily specials, antelope for him, the black drum fish for me. SO delicious. You could cut the antelope with a fork. Menu is a little different than online but it made no difference. Hannah was an AMAZING server, her experience showed. We will 100% be going back on our next trip and will recommend it to everyone that I know. A must do when in Savannah!"

"Very unique little restaurant underground which was different from the other places we have eaten. Great original menu with selections you wont find anywhere else. Waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and helpful to push us into the right direction when we had questions about what to choose. I got the Wild Boar Pot Pie which tasted like a pot roast meat was so tender and juicy and paired with the mashed potatoes perfectly. Friend got the special which was an antelope steak that was absolutely delicious. Not gamey at all. Definitely on the pricier side but for the unique menu you cant get anywhere else I think it was worth it."

"Excellent experience at Alligator Soul. This is a great restaurant and a must visit if you are in Savannah. I would recommend reservations way ahead of time. It is downstairs via street access. Great atmosphere in a very cozy setting. Our service was excellent with descriptions of the meals and specials. Meals included redfish with rice and then scallops with grits, both piping hot when served. Both dishes were excellent. Desserts were peanut butter pie and banana cheesecake. Again, both were top-notch. The bill was very reasonable for our great food and service. Multiple dish varieties available, with special food needs also catered to. In-house beer was delicious and would recommend it. Overall, it was a great experience that we can't wait to try again."

"What a wonderful dining experience. The service was very friendly and attentive. Our waiter asked if anyone at the table had any allergies, and made some great recommendations. Alligator fritters and baked oysters were fantastic appetizers. For the main course we went with the evening specials Red Drum fish, New Zealand stag, and Wild Boar shank. Everything was perfectly cooked, well seasoned and tasted great. I can definitely recommend this restaurant, but make sure you make a reservation ahead of time."
