"Terrible services!!! I had my sister send my suitcase from nyc to LA and it got missing , a very expensive suitcase with a lot of very valuable items in it. They didn’t refund my money or care to find the suitcase or even providing me my insurance information for the suitcase . They didn’t know how to be honest and deal with me as a client and they knew how important my items are. They thought I forgot about it and tried to keep my money. Then they refuse to communicate with me with all along they have been communicating with me and just didn’t help me solve the issue. I didn’t get my money almost $500 for shipping My insurance information My refund of the insurance DONT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS! Untrustworthy! I tried to solve the issue with them by saying please send me an email with updates of my case and they refused as I have been communicating with the owner all along.
