"Didn't even get a chance to ride. Scheduled my car for radiation treatment Friday afternoon for Monday morning pickup and car never showed up. Called them and the man who answered the phone was rude and dismissive and lied about my ride not being Scheduled even though I had a confirmation number. Had to scramble for a ride and was over a hour late for my treatment."

He told me he was driving to the precent against my will until I paid him. Wouldn't even unlock the doors until I paid him. All I asked him was why was it so much. Taking legal action with this company. Driver an African male, thick accent, bald head, bearded, and glasses. DO NOT EVER USE THIS CAB COMPANY, IF YOU DO FEAR FOR YOUR LIFE, BE SAFE."
