"I've never posted a negative google review, but in this case it is warranted. As a Hilton Honors member I generally try to stay at Hilton Garden Inn's, they are usually a little nicer. My wife just sat in one of the beds and wetness came up through the mattress, it is urine from a prior stay. There is zero way the cleaning people did not know this. The hotel is a bit on the dirty side in general, entry way, elevator etc... but in general nothing I would note or ever review. Electric shades don't work... This is really a poor Hilton hotel, I would stay away."

"I absolutely HATE to leave negative reviews, but in this case, it's important. My husband and I stayed here last weekend and when we checked in at the front desk, the lady was very nice and asked if we'd like to have our room cleaned the next day. We knew we were going to be leaving valuables in the room while we were gone the next day so we specifically asked for the room to NOT BE CLEANED!! When we arrived back to the room the next night, our room had been cleaned and $700 had been stolen out of my wallet. My purse was zipped up IN MY SUITCASE and whoever cleaned our room opened my suitcase!!! When I got back home to Charleston, SC and realized what had happened, I immediately called the hotel and was told the manager would be calling me the next day. I never got a call. Word to the wise: It's a great hotel and the service is awesome, but PLEASE take anything of value with you when you leave your room so this doesn't happen to you, too!!!"

"Second time staying here, digital key check in never works. Last time I checked I to my room there was a huge cockroach on the wall in my bathroom. Had to call for a new room and lug my stuff downstairs to pick up another key. The entire property is very worn and needs a deep clean or updating . Will Not stay here again."

"We had a very nice experience. Staff was very friendly, very laid back. Made you feel at home. Seating at the bar is small, but they had plenty of tables. We had 9pc whiskey soy wings and the oink burger n steak fries. The burger was good, and fries were hot and fresh. The wings were on point! Crunchy, covered with the taste of whiskey soy sauce. They were delicious!!! Then, topping it off with a stout Old Fashioned drink. I was in heaven! We will stay again."

"The Hilton NEEDS to step it up. The bed in our room was held together by sheet rock screws. The filter in the room was clogged with dust and we asked for this to be cleaned and that did not happen. To be honest the Holiday Inn Express is killing it. Being a Hilton I expected so much more. Oh...and dogs are allowed to stay in the building. Not something I wish to listen to."
