"Choice Hotels is rocketing to the bottom for any business traveler. Asked for quiet desk/chair/light and wifi. How simple is that? Couldn't find a replacement light (went to next-door Days Inn got one from them!), wifi is abysmal. Desk chair drops 6" every 15 minutes, reset/repeat.The fiesta in the parking lot with loud Mustang banging off its rev-limiter ended at 2:30am."
"We had a wonderful time at this motel - the rooms were spacious and well-appointed, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable."
"The only advantage that this motel offered to us was that it was where we were after a long, late drive in the rain. I couldn't drive any further. The room smelled awful until the clerk used an ozone machine to make it better. The bathroom looked ancient but relatively clean. The cigarette burns on the tub were disturbing, especially since there was no smoke detector in the room. The television didn't work, but all we wanted to do was sleep. The bed was clean, so we slept. Then we got up and left ASAP. Stay here only if you are desperate!"
"1 Positive = The lady at the front desk was very nice. The rest of this so called renovated hotel is nasty. The bathroom had used shampoo bottles left over from the previous renter and was spilling into the tub. There were hairs in the bathtub that had not been cleaned. Freshly shaved beard hairs all in the sink. The blankets, sheets, and pillows were stained with what appeared to be urine. It was gross. The fire alarm was laying on the dresser. The hair dryer had so much yellow gunk on it..The entire room was disgusting. The pool itself looked to have dead black algae on the bottom of it while the area around the pool including the sidewalks layed with ciggarette butts and trash. Tax and all I paid close to 100 dollars for a room. I stayed in room 121 and really needed to be in that area is the only reason I did not cause a stink about it, I will drive 10 more miles down the road next time for a nice room for the same money. Never Again!"
"This hotel is much improved from a year ago when I stayed here, would that be said there were a few issues? There's a gigantic hole as you pull in the driveway , my door would not lock with the manual lock and a toilet wasn't bolted to the floor very well. The inside of the room has been remodeled and the bed was comfy. The shades for the window don't quite fit. If there is a light right outside your room it will look like daylight all night... It's a little odd. The color choice they Picked for the outside makes it look like it's not a quality Inn. It's about $15 More expensive than the Days Inn next door that basically is the same value. It is clean and it's not a bad hotel. I'm just being nitpicky and telling the truth..."
