"One of the nastiest motels ever stayed in in my life bugs. Upon bugs we rented the motel to the seventh to the 11th. We didn’t stay but a day didn’t even want to stay that I went to the front desk and complained because I swallowed a dang bug she didn’t even say sorry or nothing all she did was tell me that they just recently sprayed I Will give a zero star rating but I can’t so one star is but not even worth the one star we got there. My husband went out the room and I had to use the bathroom so I shut the door had my phone on the bed I try to get out the bathroom But the door completely locked. I sat there for five minutes freaking out because I couldn’t get out the bathroom. My husband came in and pushed the door open to let me out. I called the front desk they came and took the door handle off worst place ever do not recommend . I wish I can post these pictures but for some reason it’s not giving me an option filthiest Place"

"I dont undestand why this hotel has bad reviews , I stayed here for a night , the room smelled clean, bed are clean , bathrooms are clean , fridge clean and a decent size microwave. Nice tv also , safe parking lot I didnt notice any people outside , is safe. Check in procres was fast , definitely I'll stay here again price is good."

"Front lobby checkin is closed to guests!! Guests Have to use a intercom phone located outside next to a glass window in order to check in. Similar to a prison visit or a bank teller window. And theres never anyone sitting in view at the front desk. The outside Phone rings about 10 times until someone amazingly appears from behind a door from a back room in order to assist you at the window. The question for all this procedure is: WHY????!!! PS: The best rooms are single King Non-Smoking rooms mainly located on the 1st levels. All the other rooms are not desirable."

"The "STAFF" ARE Very unprofessional. ALWAYS dealt with the same women who had very little to NO people skills. Working in an industry where you are supposed to cater to people should not come with rudeness . Not only the front desk ,but your "maintenance people" or should I say person doesn't know how to speak either, and when I went to make a formal complaint he came out of the lobby that is closed to the public at all times and tried to intimidate me by standing at the door while I spoke to the front desk. Glaring at me. The rooms (I stayed in 3 different ones) were all disgusting. The bathrooms were not clean with white powder on the floors nor had the tub or toilet been cleaned.There was left over food from previous people on the floor. The blankets had burn holes or stains on them. Had to ask for toilet paper and towels. I paid $80.00 a night for 2 small emotional support dogs. I would advise not to stay here unless you absolutely have to. I found silver fish and roaches thru out every room. 2 fights broke out and not one time did they attempt to resolve the situation (mind you these fights where in the joining rooms). So unless you have cameras in the rooms looking back at footage would do little to nothing. There are signs posted thru every wall way that's says no loitering or guest and yet at all hours of the night your permanent residents had non stop traffic in and out of their rooms. There were also at least 4 signs that state no refunds AT ALL. unfortunately at that time I was in between living situations so I had no choice ,but to deal with these problems. I still stand on highly recommending that you choose somewhere else to stay.Nothing has been resolved I have been hung up on 3times attempting to call the number provided. PLEASE STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE that is clean and doesn't have used bottles and left over cereal on the floors to sleep."

First off the parking lot reminds me of a jungle gym or a race track because it's riddled with pot holes from the lack of maintenance. After trying to overlook that I continued with my booking. The first room was dirty but it was the fact that the sheets on the bed had what looked like dirt that rubbed off someone's body, what I assumed to be bodily fluids were present as spots and additional various stains. Quite disgusting. I returned to management and politely asked for a different room. This next one was even worse with roach infested dresser drawers, unchanged dirty sheets again, cobwebs from lack of dusting and cleaning, plus scuffed up floors with various stains. The most troubling part is how an ashtray is in a non smoking room. I refused to stay here. I left and had to forfeit money for the stay. A prime example of a good Ole bait and switch. Online photos are not accurate. DHEC should really pay this place a visit. Find some integrity, clean your hotel, and provide a clean and healthy environment like people are thinking they are getting when you take their money. The business will not allow you to preview rooms. Stay at your own risk! It's not even worth the price."
