"Worst experience I ever had! They will completely judge you the second you walk on the lot. My husband had been doing some home repairs, so he had his work around the house clothes on. Since I was off work for the day, I swore comfortable adidas sweats. I should not have to wear our work clothes, on days off. So we were treated horribly, like we couldn’t afford a car on their lot. The manger would not even come shake our hands. They barely wanted to even speak with us. They are horrible. Drive to Coastal Cadillac in Pawleys Island, much better customer service!"

"I remember when this was Sentry Buick-Pontiac-GMC and Cadillac was living in Goose Creek. The added expense for Tommy Baker to build a separate showroom for Caddy was worth it. I was so impressed I donated a lithograph of a 2023 Cadillac Escalade V to be put on display in it. Add to being part of the largest luxury car dealer group in South Carolina and this is my choice for being the best Caddy store in the state, with Kevin Whitaker in Greenville a close second. Excellent salesmen!"

"I purchased my car from Baker's. The sales guy was Cliff. They rushed me to complete the survey to end their month sales. My car windows were tinted by the dealer. The tint was less than stellar. Adhesive all over the back glass. Bubbles in the back glass. Right driver side was missing a square size piece of tint. The sales guy says wait a week to see if the issue resolves. Who is cleaning the adhesive off that's the only way for it to get resolved! Bubbles in tint do not get better! it worsens. Took the car back left it there for a day and a half. Right window fixed back glass looks like my 7 year old applied the tint! A pure mess! Never fill out a survey without getting your work done. This is a CT5 Blackwing! Monday I will take back and have them remove all the tint and get it done else where! Rediculous job!"
