"I called the day before and made an appointment to be picked up, I had a flight to catch and did not want to chance being late. I received a confirmation call half an hour before my pick up time so I thought we were good to go. Unfortunately, I was wrong. After waiting 10 minutes past my pick up time, I called the number that I received the confirmation call from only to be sent to voicemail. I then called the number I originally called to make the appointment and was told that the driver called me but I didn't pick up. I had NO missed calls, no text message, and had my phone tethered to me since I had received the confirmation call earlier. I asked if the driver had been given the correct number but he couldn't even repeat my number back to me. The operator said he would come pick me up, I am now headed to my flight 40 minutes late... Although the driver/operator did offer an apology, I am highly disappointed in my experience."

"What a horrible experience and without even a rideI Besides the fact that the employee hung up on me when I was trying to arrange service for New Years, I was needlessly insulted, told that his service was too upscale for someone like me and that I should just walk down one of the most dangerous roads in Charleston on New Years Eve since I wasn't going far enough for him. We are attending the Pig and Oyster Roast at Middleton Place - would never ever recommend this service to anyone. Imagine if this is how they treat you on the phone how careful they must be with their cargo!"
