"Arrived an hour early for a 9:30 appointment for oil change and routine service, at 4 pm service was not completed yet. Customer for the past 5 years and never had such bad service, just not the same place as before. I sent a text at 1:30 with no response, called 3 time's before I got an answer from the service advisor at 4 pm to tell me my car was still not ready. I'll be going elsewhere for service in the future."
