"We had a great experience. We wanted a mid-size truck, but were truly just looking without really planning to buy. We had just come from another dealership where the young man was not very helpful and immediately tried to push us to buy new and told us it was hard to locate what we wanted and would be difficult to transfer if we found it on another lot.
