"Bought some tires and had them mounted on the rims. One technician was cool and respectful. The Middle Eastern technician was absolutely horrible...super lazy and bad attitude!! Walked around the shop without a sense of purpose with a sour look on his face and was rude each time I interacted with him. He didn’t want to help me unload the rims from the back of my truck at all. Then when I came back to pick up the tires, he didn’t want to load them in my truck and then he slammed one on my tailgate because he was mad that he had to load them. After I went to help, then he had an even worse attitude and the whole time he was sluggishly loading the rest trying to actively not put them in my bed. He never said one word to me the entire time. Dude is garbage…don’t let him work on your vehicles!!!"

"Had a tire that was loosing pressure. Two techicians were busy browsing phone when I went to pick the car up. The tech said he didnt find the leak. When i reached home the tire was loosing pressure again. I checked for leaks with soapy water and found the nail in the middle of the treads. Went back the next day and they said they couldnt fix it. Very frustrating with the lack of professionalism"

"Don't waste your time, money, or patience. TERRIBLE service. Beverly has such a bad attitude and no quality customer service. Drove up on a Friday to pay for our tires because we received a call that they were there and we could ONLY pay in store. Got there and was told we could ONLY pay on Saturday, when the deal was. So we went back to pay on Saturday and made our appointment for Sunday at 1. Got there Sunday and was told we didn't have an appointment, but we could wait 3-4 hours. Left Sunday and called to speak with a manager the next business day and he apologized and said we could be the first vehicle in on Wednesday at 7am and that he would give us a $100 gift card. Got there Wednesday, not the first car in, but second. Manager was not there and we did not get a gift card. When my husband asked about the gift card, Beverly stated "she knew nothing about no gift card." My husband asked to speak to the manager and she replied with "I think he'll be in tomorrow." If we truly wanted the gift card, we'd have to make a 5th trip to the next town over in a matter of 6 days. The lack of seevser just isn't worth it."
