"Unforuntaley I did not have the experience I was hoping for by staying here. The first time I stayed here (August) the room was clean and nice the staff was excellent! Which is why I booked again this December. But, things have definitely taken a turn the first room was dirty by the time I came back to the front desk the employee was leaving it was only 8:45pm and the desk does close at 9pm. The second room I was moved in was better with the cleanliness but still unacceptable. The pull out bed did not have a sheet on it, the room did not have an extra blanket or sheet in the closet in order for me to place them on there myself. In addition to that the bathroom reeked of sewage smell. Making me gag every time I used it. The bed frame was broken and the pull out bed had crayon all over the mattress itself."

"My newlywed daughter plans to move to the Columbia area. I will, with no doubts, always stay at this establishment. The front desk personnel were wonderful and welcoming. Only problem we had were people bouncing a balls on the floor above us and running back and forth through the apartment room above us. I truly would not mind during waking hours but this occurred at midnight and for quite awhile afterwards. I had my daughter's wedding the following morning. I called the person covering the front desk. He said it would be resolved. The exact same thing happened the next night. A bit frustrating to say the least. Otherwise the rooms were expensive, we equiped, and very clean. I haven't enjoyed staying at a hotel in a long time. Hopefully I'll never get inconsiderate people above me again. Thank you for making my stay mostly wonderful. I will always use this hotel every time I go to visit my daughter and my new additional son."

"It is a newer build, so the apt was nice, just not clean. Lots of hair in bedding, floor, in drain, and sink. Refrigerator was dirty. The washer/dryer area is nice, but cost 2.50 to 3.00 per load per machine. I went out and bought myself new bedding to lay on while there. Traffic on road beside it is loud, so if you are a light sleeper, do not recommend. Fire station near it as well, doesn't help. For me, I could deal with noise."

"Nice little Apts for a longer stay where you can prepare/cook food. Pretty quiet place. Right next to a highway. So during the day road noise is a little loud. But nighttime isn't bad. Have to schedule cleaning. Not your typical everyday service(not complaining just info). Would definitely recommend if you're looking for somewhere that has more than just a bed/bath."

"We stayed here for 3 weeks while work was being done on our house. At first the place was amazing , set up like an apartment , I love the open area with patio furniture in the middle of all of the rooms, the kitchen is nicely set up. But room service only comes once a week and they asked me if I needed anything, I said towels and they told me to go to the counter. Linen exchange is everyday 10am-2pm and if you don't make it there before that you're SOL, no clean towels for you unless you go wash them yourself in their overpriced washers. Being that I stayed there with my boyfriend that works everyday and our toddler this was an everyday struggle trying to remember to get clean towels before 2pm. They also made a huge ordeal when I wanted new sheets. In 3 weeks it would have at least been nice to have room service actually come in and clean up a little for us, any other hotels I've ever stayed in have always done so with no issues. I ended up going to the store and buying cleaning supplies including a broom, 3 weeks is a long time not to sweep at least. I constantly would see house keeping walking by my room but not once did anyone bring towels nor collect trash, you have to take your own trash to the trash bins at the front of the building, otherwise you get fined. Worst part is when we checked out I left a few things behind, I called them about it and they said they didn't find any of my items. I know exactly where I left them but they denied anyone finding them. Management at the counter was very all over the place, one day helping me get a discount for our long stay followed by asking me to leave a review for her to the next day being extremely rude and short and telling me I couldn't get new towels . I was told a few times they were too busy to help me in a frustrated tone. She ended up putting me on a weekly payment schedule and kept switching up payment days then would blow up both the room phone and my cellphone demanding payment before I even woke up for the day. Overpriced for the services given despite the rooms being fairly nice, aside from the collapsing wet ceiling in our bathroom and the horrible shower setup that had the bathroom floor soaked constantly. Basically just an extremely overpriced apartment since the staff doesn't help much at all."
