"In short, I have to say the CVS on Lake Murray Blvd in Irmo, SC has a great group of people working there. Always a really positive experience - they are all knowledgeable about what they do and are always pleasant. I would recommend this location to everyone."

"The CVS Pharmacy Staff and Front Store staff are very helpful and extremely efficient. This is a busy pharmacy and I see a lot of Patrons get upset at the staff, the patrons need to understand that it’s not the staff that holds up the lines, honestly 99% of the time it’s the Patrons. Marisa the other Pharmacists are always smiling and is always asking me if I have any questions about my medication."

"This pharmacy is FULL of incompetence. Never answer the phones, never have prescriptions ready on time. I called once again and held on for 30 minutes until someone picked up & just held the phone and placed me on mute. I went inside and there they were in the back on their personal cell phones texting (view the cameras if you don’t believe me), and the cashier covered up the issue stating she was ‘talking to a doctors office’. on her personal cell? okay. I was told my prescription would be ready within an hour…it was well over 2.5 hours and still wasn’t ready when I arrived. This was the last straw. You all are the worst pharmacy in the town of Irmo, SC. Full of excuses and unqualified employees who are too busy playing instead of working. I will be sure to tell my 20k social media followers to go to Walgreens instead since you all are too busy for customers."
